For Customers In The European Union

Under EU consumer law, you normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. However, this right does not apply to digital content such as PDF downloads when delivery has already started. When you purchase from PDF Guide Lab your PDF guide is made available to you immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you confirm that you have agreed to immediate delivery of your digital content and that you understand this means you lose your 14-day cancellation right once your download has begun.

If for any reason you have not yet downloaded your file and you wish to cancel within 14 days of purchase, please contact us at hello@pdfguidelab.store within that 14-day window. If we can confirm the file has not been accessed or downloaded we will process your refund within 14 days of that confirmation. Since all our products are digital downloads there are no shipping costs involved and no shipping fees will ever be charged or refunded.

The following products are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right because they are digital downloads delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase: all PDF guides sold on PDF Guide Lab.

PDF Guide Lab sells digital PDF guides that are delivered to you instantly after purchase. Because our products are digital and available to you immediately, we do not offer refunds once your file has been accessed or downloaded.

When We Will Refund You
We want every customer to have a great experience. If you cannot access or download your PDF guide because of a technical problem on our side, contact us at hello@pdfguidelab.store within 7 days of your purchase and we will either fix the problem immediately or give you a full refund — whichever you prefer.
